Fully Automatic Centrifugal Casting of Nylon Tubes

Overview
  This automated production line is a linear type production line used for continuous production of nylon tubes. It mainly consists of robots and their track systems, nylon tube centrifugal mold frames and molds, circulating oven conveyor systems, pouring and feeding systems, demolding and unloading systems, and automation control systems.
  The linear production line is arranged in a horizontal ground linear structure. The robot moves back and forth along the track in a linear motion, controlled by a PLC program for precise positioning to ensure accurate robot operation.

  The electrical control system consists of Siemens PLC1513+V90+G120+1200+TP900. The main CPU is controlled by Siemens 1513 to manage four sets of V90 servo motors. The track system schedules the robot track V90 motor using position control mode with 105 message configured to TO process object; the pouring and feeding system and demolding and unloading system's screwing function V90 uses torque control, speed control, and position control to complete the entire screwing process, using 105 message + 750 additional message configured to T0 process object.

  The main PLC1513 communicates unilaterally with the slave 1200 using Siemens S7 protocol. The host intelligently cycles to schedule the processing tasks of each mold frame; the slave 1200 and V90 centrifugal motor use message 1 for speed control to precisely control the centrifugal speed; the integrated PID automatic adjustment function of 1200 controls the temperature of each mold frame.
