Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co., Ltd. 55-meter cold bed body and loading/unloading mechanism electrical drive control system

  The electrical drive control system for the 55-meter cold bed body and loading/unloading mechanism of Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a supporting project for the power supply and distribution device and drive control automation system of the continued construction of the 3500mm finishing mill's legacy drive and finishing line drive automation system. It mainly undertakes the detailed design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and acceptance cooperation of the roller conveyor drive systems and their supporting basic drive automation, including the heating furnace area loading roller conveyor, unloading roller conveyor control system, mill area rolling and cooling roller conveyor control, ACC outlet roller conveyor drive system, the 55-meter roller-type cold bed (No. 3) supporting the finishing line, No. 2 cold bed unloading roller conveyor, 32-meter transfer rack, 16-meter transfer rack, and finishing line downstream roller conveyor drive system.
  The automation network configuration of the project system is as shown in the figure below:

  The automation network architecture adopts Siemens S7-300 + ET200, the drive system uses Siemens G130 and S120 drive devices, and the PLC communicates with the drive devices using Siemens PROFIBUS bus communication control.
  Project technical highlight: The synchronous control of the loading and unloading mechanisms of the 55-meter cold bed uses a vector control method without encoders.
  The loading and unloading mechanisms of the cold bed are the same; taking the loading mechanism as an example: the cold bed loading mechanism consists of two sections of drive shafts, each driven by two 30KW motors. The two sections of drive shafts are separated and combined by electromagnetic clutches. Since the mechanical design includes encoders, to achieve coaxial synchronous control of the four motors, only the encoderless vector control method can be used. Through programming and debugging, synchronization is achieved to meet process requirements.

Paste pipeline conveying control system renovation
  The paste pipeline conveying control system renovation project involves upgrading the original PLC system. The original PLC system was Siemens S7-300 with PROFIBUS communication IO slave. Now it uses Siemens S7-1500 series PLC and PROFINET network to replace the original system.

  The original system used S7-319 CPU, communicating with slaves via PROFIBUS communication.

  After the upgrade, the PLC CPU uses S7-1510SP, ET200SP is used as IO slave to collect field sensor signals. The local operation screen uses Weintek touch screen to reduce system renovation costs. Related production data is interfaced with the emulsification line PLC using S7 unilateral communication.
  After renovation, the system network is more stable, and some system functions have higher automation.
