Hot Air Furnace Combustion Control System
The entire system uses a control method of PLC+HMI, enabling automatic ignition operation of the hot air furnace on the HMI as well as monitoring parameters during normal combustion. Siemens 1200 series PLC, after expansion, supports multiple communication protocols such as profinet, modbus, profibus-DP, etc., and can communicate and interface with older 300/400 series PLCs, 1500 series, and control systems in cement plants and steel mills, achieving remote control of hot air furnace ignition safely and reliably.
The entire control system has integrated various common functions of hot air furnaces into one template after years of on-site debugging and project experience accumulation. It supports multiple combustion methods including gas fuel, light oil, heavy oil, coal, and thyristor rectification.
Analog signals read from the site can be set directly on the HMI to enable or disable alarms; temperature can achieve PID stable control; valve opening can be freely adjusted according to site climate or seasonal changes. Most functions are implemented directly on the HMI, making on-site debugging operations simple.
