  Wuhan Changfei automatic bottle cap tightening device serves as the terminal part of the automatic bottle loading and tightening production line.
  There are very high requirements for the stability of the equipment. The stable operation of the equipment has an important impact on the production rhythm of the entire line and the final output throughout the day.
The equipment is divided into
  1. Automatic bottle cap feeding mechanism
  2. Bottle body transmission mechanism
  3. Automatic bottle cap clamping and tightening mechanism
  4. Material blocking mechanism and receiving tray
  5. Human-machine interface
  6. Control system, consisting of six parts in total.
Function introduction
  1. The automatic feeding mechanism is a rotary vibration plate whose main function is to gradually feed the bottle caps poured in, in the required orientation, into the rotary clamping mechanism through vibration feeding. This process can save a lot of labor by eliminating the need for manual placement of materials. The amount loaded at one time can reach 100 pieces, meeting 2 hours of work volume.
  2. The bottle body transmission mechanism uses a common motor connected to a reducer to drive the conveyor belt to achieve the function of conveying the bottle body. The selection of the motor and reducer is based on the process and rhythm requirements, using appropriate speed and reduction ratio to meet the production process requirements.
  3. The bottle cap tightening adopts a highly integrated method by installing the clamping mechanism, lifting and material picking mechanism, and rotary tightening mechanism on a rodless cylinder.
  4. The material blocking mechanism is divided into a blocker and a separator. Its main function is to isolate an appropriate working space at the tightening station while assisting the tightening mechanism to clamp the bottle body. After tightening is qualified, the bottle is conveyed to the receiving tray via the conveyor belt.
  5. The human-machine interface uses an HMI touch screen to adjust the tightening process parameters in real time to meet production and tightening process requirements.
  6. The control system uses a Siemens compact PLC to meet functional requirements while achieving equipment miniaturization as much as possible.
