Industrial automation empowers the "big livelihood" within the "small millet grain"

He pointed out that the phenomenon of food waste is shocking and distressing! Although China's grain production has been abundant for years, there must always be a sense of crisis regarding food security. The impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic this year has sounded an alarm for us.
"Frugality is a common virtue; extravagance is a great evil." General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to further strengthen publicity and education, effectively cultivate habits of saving, and create a social atmosphere where waste is shameful and thrift is honorable.
In response to the General Secretary's call, the field of industrial automation can also contribute. For example, one case is using robotic palletizers to stack eggs, capable of stacking 72,000 eggs per hour, reducing the number of broken eggs compared to previous manual stacking methods. Another example is brewing equipment controlled by automated systems, which can precisely regulate the brewing environment, effectively stabilize brewing quality, and increase yield. Automation in the food and beverage manufacturing industry not only improves efficiency and product consistency but also greatly reduces resource waste.
Robots and automation have changed the manufacturing modes of almost all industrial sectors, and the food and beverage industry is no exception. Although the overall automation level in the food and beverage manufacturing industry still lags behind other industries, many companies, especially multinational corporations, have begun adopting robotic solutions for packaging, product handling, repetitive tasks, lifting, or harsh working conditions caused by high temperatures in the region.
