The market needs high-performance, intelligent low-voltage electrical appliances with functions such as protection, monitoring, testing, self-diagnosis, and display; with communication interfaces capable of two-way communication with various open field buses to achieve communication and networking of low-voltage electrical appliances; conducting reliability design,

　　Compared with industry technology development trends, experts point out four types of technical standards urgently need research: first, technical standards that cover the latest comprehensive product performance, including technical performance, usage performance, and maintenance performance; second, standards that organically combine product communication and product performance with communication requirements to ensure good interoperability; third, standards for product reliability and test methods to improve product reliability and quality and enhance competitiveness against foreign products; fourth, a series of environmental awareness design standards and energy efficiency standards for low-voltage electrical appliances to guide and regulate enterprises in producing energy-saving and environmentally friendly "green appliances."

　　In addition, He Jiang believes that the formulation of reliability standards for complete low-voltage electrical appliances in China is still at an early stage, with narrow coverage and no system formed, making it difficult to confirm product reliability levels. Therefore, it is urgent to establish and implement reliability evaluation and recall systems for low-voltage electrical appliance products, strengthen the construction of reliability standard systems, gradually establish national, industry, and enterprise standard systems, form a hierarchical, interconnected, and focused reliability standard framework capable of comprehensive evaluation of product reliability.
