Siemens, with a complete digital enterprise solution, presented at the 19th China International Industry Fair (CIIF) under the theme "Exploring the Value of Digital Enterprises" ” Siemens showcased three newly released products for the first time in the Chinese market at this exhibition.

On the first day of the exhibition, Siemens officially launched two locally developed fanless basic industrial PCs at its booth: Simatic IPC327E box type and Simatic IPC377E Panel type PC Both industrial PCs are produced by Siemens' first overseas digital factory —— Industrial Automation Product Chengdu Production and R&D Base ( SEWC ) These two industrial PCs are compact, exquisitely designed, cost-effective, maintenance-free, and can operate continuously for 24 hours. Like all Simatic industrial PCs, they offer rich options, perfect component coordination, sealed enclosures, and robust reliability. Both industrial PCs are equipped with an Intel Celeron quad-core processor, one VGA and DisplayPort port, two mini PCIe interfaces, two gigabit Ethernet ports, and up to six COM ports and six USB ports. With these multiple interfaces, they can be easily integrated into new and existing automation solutions.

Simatic IPC327E box type and Simatic IPC377E Panel type PC industrial PCs are very suitable for industrial applications, especially for HMI (Human-Machine Interface) applications, assembly workstations, warehousing and logistics, data acquisition (such as production and energy data), as well as production networks and simple image processing. Currently, the following pre-configured models are available for immediate delivery in the Chinese market: 8 Models with 12、15 or 19 inch single-touch widescreen displays in panel type PC and box type. PC Users can also choose pre-installed Windows 7 Ultimate operating system.

Integrated frequency converter Sinamics G120C power range has been expanded to 22KW-132KW and now adds Modbus/USS communication methods, allowing customers to choose Profinet communication or Modbus/USS communication methods to meet their personalized communication needs. Sinamics G120C frequency converter is a Sinamics drive family design model, with excellent performance, compact structure, and high power density, easily installed even in tight spaces. This frequency converter series currently has seven sizes, with power ranging from 0.55kW to 132kW ( 0.75hp to 150hp ) and is very easy to commission. With Profinet communication, it perfectly integrates into the Totally Integrated Automation system, achieving fully integrated control.

Sinamics G120C It is a truly versatile integrated frequency converter that meets the needs of many industries and applications, such as conveyors, mixers, extruders, pumps, fans, compressors, and some basic material handling machinery.

Newly launched Sirius ACT button indicator products are exquisitely designed, durable, easy to install, and have excellent communication performance. Besides standard wiring, Sirius ACT button indicators can also be connected via AS-Interface、IO-Link and Profinet with PLC Achieves communication with the controller. This product, with a strong sense of design, optimizes the traditional wiring scheme, significantly reducing wiring time and workload, not only minimizing the rate of misoperation but also greatly improving work efficiency and the flexibility of function expansion. In addition, Sirius ACT Perfectly integrated into TIA the TIA Portal platform enables flexible configuration, parameterization, and diagnostic functions, which can be widely applied in the industrial field.
