Haichen Industrial Control——Hot Air Furnace Combustion Control System
The entire system uses a PLC+HMI control method, allowing automatic ignition and operation of the hot air furnace on the HMI, as well as monitoring parameters during normal combustion. Siemens 1200 and 1500 series PLCs, after expansion, support various communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus, Profibus-DP, etc., enabling communication and integration with the older 300/400 series PLCs and control systems commonly used in cement plants and steel mills, achieving remote control of hot air furnace ignition in a safe and reliable manner.
Fully Automatic Centrifugal Casting of Nylon Tubes
This automated production line is a linear type production line used for continuous production of nylon tubes. It mainly consists of robots and their track systems, nylon tube centrifugal mold frames and molds, circulating oven conveyor systems, casting feeding systems, demolding unloading systems, and automated control systems. The linear production line is arranged in a horizontal ground linear structure. The robot moves back and forth along the track in a linear motion, controlled by a PLC program for precise positioning to ensure accurate robot operation.
Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co., Ltd. 55-meter cold bed body and loading/unloading mechanism electrical drive control system
The electrical drive control system for the 55-meter cooling bed body and loading/unloading mechanism of Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a supporting project for the power distribution device and drive control automation system of the continuation of the 3500mm finishing mill's legacy drive and finishing line drive automation system. It mainly undertakes the control systems for the heating furnace area loading roller conveyor and unloading roller conveyor, the rolling mill area rolling and cooling roller conveyor control, the ACC outlet roller conveyor drive system, the supporting 55-meter rotary table cooling bed (No. 3), No. 2 cooling bed unloading roller conveyor, 32-meter transfer rack, 16-meter transfer rack, finishing line roller conveyor drive system, and its supporting basic drive automation details.
